Peace River Airshow 2007
The Recycling Society was present to
keep the beverage containers out of
the garbage!
The rain came down on Sunday morning, but
by afternoon it had cleared up nicely and the
show was on.  Here is a dragster racing a
plane.  At the time of this event, I could
certainly say I was glad I only have daughters.
The featured plane:  a
snowbird - to the left,
and to the right, I am
ashamed to admit, I
didn't get the right
name for this very big
plane.  
Many volunteers
made this event a
huge success.  
Everyone was
friendly and helpful.  
The grounds were
kept immaculate!
These two young
fellows were among the
many who cashed in
cans for a candy!  
Everybody wins, even
the adults.
