The Recycling Centre takes:


  • cardboard - CLEAN dry NON
    WAXED corrugated AND
    boxboard
  • shredded paper
  • plastic milk jugs (#2 natural plastic)
  • old electronics:  T.V.'s, computers
    & all peripherals, etc.
  • re-usable household items (dishes,
    electronics, planters, tools, small
    furnishings, etc)

The PCRS moderate
a Yahoo Freecycle
site for the Peace
Region.  The site has
a large membership
from Spirit River to
Manning.  The site is
a place to post
reuseable giveaway
items, or to seek
items that you might
be looking for:  
bikes, dressers, baby
clothes, yard care
items, etc.
